The key ingredient found in each Feverfew Migraine Relief capsule is the dried Feverfew herb. The manufacturer claims that each capsule contains 100 mg of this dried herb. There are 30 capsules in the bottle. Another ingredient found in this capsule is a chemical called parthenolide – an anti-inflammatory substance.
Instructions
Holland & Barrett recommend taking 1 capsule every day, for the prevention of migraines. Swallow the hard white capsule whole, with water – do not chew. It is suggested that Feverfew be taken in the morning or the evening, preferably choosing one of these times and sticking to that time. It is recommended by the manufacturer to take the product for three straight months to start feeling the benefits. Do not take more than recommended.
Cost
Feverfew Migraine Relief can be purchased online from the manufacturer’s website. A bottle of 30 capsules costs $11.28 and a bottle of 60 capsules costs $9.87, as it is on a 50% sale. There does not seem to be any bulk package deals, however, it is cheaper to purchase a bottle of 60 capsules. As the manufacturers are in the United Kingdom, international shipping will cost you $9.82. This could be an inconvenience for international customers as shipping costs could become too high.
Possible Side Effects
The manufacturer did not give a list of possible side effects. They do however state that any individual under the age of 18, who are pregnant or breastfeeding or who are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product should not use it. Consult your healthcare professional for advice, if you want to use Feverfew Migraine Relief.
Guarantee
Holland & Barrett offer a money-back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days. This can be done by either taking the product back to the store or by returning it by mail. The delivery note must also be handed in as proof of payment.
Feverfew Migraine Relief Review – The Bottom Line
There are a few things about Holland & Barrett Feverfew Migraine Relief that we like. It seems to be a promising product for the relief of pain and tension whilst having a migraine. It is also much more convenient having to only take 1 capsule daily. Unfortunately, we do have a few concerns about the product. The manufacturer is based in the United Kingdom, which may become an issue for international customers having to pay high shipping costs. Holland & Barrett claim that customers should use their product for 3 consecutive months, however, the return policy is based on 30 days. This is too short time and indicates a weak and limited guarantee. Due to these reasons concerning the international shipping costs and poor guarantee of Feverfew Migraine Relief, we are unable to recommend this product.
