Instructions

Holland & Barrett recommend taking 1 capsule every day, for the prevention of migraines. Swallow the hard white capsule whole, with water – do not chew. It is suggested that Feverfew be taken in the morning or the evening, preferably choosing one of these times and sticking to that time. It is recommended by the manufacturer to take the product for three straight months to start feeling the benefits. Do not take more than recommended.

It is also much more convenient having to only take 1 capsule daily. Unfortunately, we do have a few concerns about the product. The manufacturer is based in the United Kingdom, which may become an issue for international customers having to pay high shipping costs. Holland & Barrett claim that customers should use their product for 3 consecutive months, however, the return policy is based on 30 days. This is too short time and indicates a weak and limited guarantee. Due to these reasons concerning the international shipping costs and poor guarantee of Feverfew Migraine Relief, we are unable to recommend this product.
