One (1) capsule provides the following ingredients:

Hyaluronic acid 90% – 5 mg
UC-II (providing 10 mg undenatured type II collagen) – 40 mg,
Apresflex (boswellia serrata extract) – 100 mg
Turmeric extract 25:1 (standardized to 95% curcuminoids) – 200 mg

Apresflex, a concentrated form of boswellia serrata. This substance eases joint pain, especially in the knees. UC-II, a form of collagen, eases joint aches, increasing mobility. Hyaluronic acid helps to protect the structures found around the joint cells. Turmeric lowers histamine levels as well as producing cortisone, countering joint pain.

Instructions

The recommendation from the product’s manufacturer is to take one (1) capsule per day with water. Food is not mentioned. Neither is best time of day to take it.
