The mix of these ingredients consisting of electrolytes, and plant-based nutrients, aims to offer nourishment as the body is under strain while travelling. The substance melatonin is both an antioxidant but also a hormone that helps the body regulate sleep/wake cycles. However, from our research, the inclusion of melatonin in one general treatment is problematic. This hormone should ideally be taken in the evening not in the day, as it induces sleep. If it is included in a general treatment, you may be sleepy during the day.

The recommendation from the manufacturer is that three (3) capsules be taken (ideally) on an empty stomach. These capsules should be taken 12 hours before the morning time of your final destination. Alternatively, follow the instruction of your doctor. However, do not exceed three capsules in a 24-hour period.

Guarantee
The manufacturer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on this product. If you are not satisfied with the product you may obtain a refund, including for the shipping fee, but for one bottle only. Weyland Brain Nutrition Jetlag Review – The Bottom Line
At first glance, the manufacturer offers a 100% guarantee on their dietary supplement. The ingredients are all natural, aimed at nourishing the body, helping the body to adjust to the sleep/wake cycle. However, our research found that the guarantee is not worth much, as it if only covers one bottle per person. More problematic is the formula. The makers do not make a difference between a day and an evening formula, having a single formula that includes melatonin, a substance that triggers sleep at night. In addition, there is no discount on one-off purchases. There is only a discount if you sign up for a subscription. There are no purchasing options offered, which could be more cost effective in the long run than a subscription service into which you are locked. Lastly, the dosage instructions are unclear. According to the manufacturer, you only need to take 3 capsules 12 hours before your flight (despite being a long time before your departure), the bottle contains 45 capsules. If you do not fly often, you are simply over-purchasing.
