It is designed for temporary relief of the disruption in circadian rhythms and fatigue, which is commonly associated with jet lag. In addition, it helps with various symptoms including insomnia, exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, and headaches from traveling and fatigue.

We do however see concern that the ingredients used are not clinically proven for the relief of jet lag. It does not contain L-ornithine which is effective in relieving stress and improving sleep quality. It is important to know that some combinations of ingredients may be effective and others may be dangerous.

Instructions

Adults and children over the age of 6 years may use this product. The manufacturer recommends chewing one tablet about one hour prior to every takeoff. After this, chew one tablet approximately every 2 hours and one tablet within 1 hour of each landing.
