The only ingredient in Garcinia Lab: Garcinia Cambogia 60% is Garcinia Cambogia with (not surprisingly) 60% extract at 1000 mg. The study cited on the product website (which does not claim to have involved the product itself but, rather, Garcinia Cambogia in general, concludes that the compound reduced the body fat of both men and women who participated in the study.

The capsules are vegetarian.

Instructions

It is recommended to take two tablets a day, as a supplement to your diet. One should take the first tablet in the morning at least 30 minutes before breakfast, and the second tablet 30 minutes before either lunch or dinner. It is recommended to take each tablet with an eight oz. glass of water, and on an empty stomach. This would mean that for best results, one should not snack in between meals throughout the day.

With few real-world customer reviews it’s difficult to gauge its actual effectiveness.

However, there are some objective facts about this product that we do not find attractive. First, it is relatively expensive. If you stick to the recommended dosage of two capsules per day, the monthly cost will work out to close to $50 (at the single-bottle price). Second, the return/refund policy is almost of no use as it requires opened product to be returned within a week, meaning there is no risk-free way to test if the product works for you.
