We were encouraged by several aspects about Clarinol CLA. It does not contain any artificial ingredients or allergens. It is free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. In addition, it is also free from corn, yeast, gluten, barley, rice, sodium and sugar. The capsules come in an easy to swallow softgels format. The supplement is soy and gluten free. Some of more disappointing aspects about this product include that there we were unable to find accurate dosage information for this supplement. We were unsure if the capsules are made from vegetable sources or from animal sourced gelatin and therefore unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans. Neither the product label nor website explained how to use this supplement. This makes it impossible to know the correct and safe dose to use and means that we can’t say whether the price is good, or how long the product will last you. In terms of CLA concentration, this supplement only contains a concentration of 78% – 80% CLA which is lower than other brands we have seen. We looked for reviews of this product and saw that there are only 5 reviews on Amazon and many of these were not positive. This indicates a product with little popularity or success in the market.
